I've posted this in the past, but I wanted to make a new announcement as a general how to on our shipping. As always if you have questions or concerns please email me at peggy(at)ambushalleygames.com and I'll answer them as quick as I can!
Normal shipping days are Tuesdays and either Thursday or Friday.
Every attempt is made to ship things as economically as possible. We use USPS priority mail except for card decks and hats which ship first class. (Card decks and hats are $5 shipping world wide. The store right now does not recognize my demands and will charge you extra if you're out of the US. If this happens and you have NOT got your refund in 24 hours send me a PM or email and I'll take care of it. I try to get them as quick as I see them, but I sometimes miss things.)
If you have items in your order that are pre-orders and we expect that pre-order within a couple weeks I will generally hold your order until we have everything. A current example is card decks. If you pre-ordered a card deck along with other things I'm holding your order to save us all shipping. Enduring Freedom pre-orders are NOT holding up other items as the book will not ship within the next few weeks. This is just a general rule and if you do not want me to hold items just contact me. If this will result in an extra shipping charge I'll make you aware.
