We're in the process of developing this right now. When we have more news we'll make an announcement!

Yepp! I'd like to buy some, but except for Litko they are rare.

What kinds of markers do people normaly use in FOF? I am new to the game so just wondering what all status/actions people mark for.

I got some red stones to mark squads that got casualities. I also found Rocketship Games and sometimes use their markers: http://rocketshipgames.com/Someone did TW markers and put those online, didn't try them yet, though.

If there's a set on the pipeline, what tokens, and what quantity are you looking at?

The set we have in mind would be comprised of 40 tokens covering the most common things players might want to track during a game - overwatch, pinned, suppressed, casualties, dependents, etc. We may do a second set that focuses entirely on AFV related tokens.
We'll get you more solid news as it becomes available.

Well, there'd be duplicates, of course. Not 40 unique tokens.

Most of the tokens will have at least 4 duplicates. There will be around 8 or 10 types of token in the set.
