I've been 40 for a few years now. I'd tell you exactly how old I am, but I'd have to do math, and this early in the morning, without a cup of coffee that ain't happenin'.
I didn't feel old until a couple years ago, when I got Lyme Disease. Ever since, nothing but pains and aches.

The bizarre thing is I still like GW minis but there has been so many new and better game systems out there that they have been left behind, mainly i reckon on price. I wager thats a big reason so many of us left playing GW. For me I really hated the fact that their Rulebooks changed more often than you change your underwear and £13+ for a single Commanding figure is just taking the pee...
Oh and 41 and no intention of growing up....LOL

My son was a big time GW fan but that soon wained when he had to start paying for figures himself with his Saturday job money... Jim

Guess I'm one of the older guys here.  The poll shows only 2 in my advanced catagory. Too old now for recall to active duty, so time to play games for fun instead of for learning or maintaining skills. And sticking with the smaller scales until I can't see to paint them anymore. 1/285th or 6mm for most, 1/6000 WW1 naval. Haven't convinced my buddy to look at 2mm yet, but I could see going there. 25 and counting. I don't really mind the Space Marines, just the rules and the need to keep paying to stay with the game.

im a couple of months off 26!!
I gave up on gw ages ago,and flames of war is wearing a bit thin,and being in the army,FOf seemed right up my street!!!
