Serving four years, from 1982-'86 in the Bundeswehr (West German Army) as an Tank Commander, later section leader 2./PzBtl 523 (2nd Company, Tank Battalion 523).

See now this thread.I'm getting old  . I'm a NCO with 30 years of service in Italian Air Force, as avionic maintainer,first on F104 and now on Typhoon.And it goes on.

Air Force Brat.
I allegedly may have marked a DZ with Smoke and recovered pallets dropped by C-130 during joint service training, and in the wilds of wisconsin, but I can neither confirm nor deny.
I have, however, eaten MREs....

18 years and counting in the Infantry. (British) Seen service in Northern Ireland, the Balkans, Sierra Leone, Iraq, and of course Helmand, Afghanistan. 4 more years to push then I get my pension, and more importantly, my gaming shed!
