1, Can a unit react to a hidden sniper team shooting with suppressed weapons?
2, Can a unit react to a hidden sniper team shooting without suppressed weapons?

Page 43 FonF main rules...under supressed weapons.
Units equiped with supressed weapons lose 1 FP die. If the unit is stealthy (snipers usualy are) it must be spotted before it can be engaged , and can only be engaged by the unit that spotted it .
when units with suppressed weapons engage a unit that has not spotted it , that unit can not interupt it can only take the fire and hope to fire back.
A unit being attacked by suppressed weapons must make a spotting check to return fire.
The spotting check is made at the units unmodified optimum range.
A spotting check is not necessary if the attacking unit used non-suppressed weapons.
