We played our first game last week and a British section took a "hit" which was rolled as a "light wound" on the first aid check, the figure stayed with the section and suffered the "Casualty penalty". The figure that was hit was randomly rolled amongst the 4 figures in the fireteam.

At a later stage in the game the same figure suffered another "light wound", effectively giving him 2 light wounds.

My questions are:

1) is it possible for a figure to take 2 or more wounds?
2) are the wounds cumulative, so for example 2 light wounds = a serious wound etc?

I know it is an odd situation but how is it dealt with?

Thanks

A figure can suffer from more than one wound, but it only suffers from the effects of the most serious wound it has suffered (sufferin' succotash, there's a lot of suffering in this sentence).

You can find this on pages 53 & 54 under the topic, FIRE AT UNITS WITH CASUALTIES AND/OR DEPENDENTS.

Cheers!
