hey everybody, i recently got a copy of Ambush Z at Fall-In and im really big on zombies waging war with military forces, so right now im working on building a full Army infantry platoon and a few special forces teams along with wiskey charlies all in 15mm. i havent read through the whole book yet but im kinda nervouse im preparing for to much, is there a points system for the forces? if not how many zombies do you think i would need to fight off a platoon of soldier + additional support teams and civilians? i want to make it somewhat balanced so bothe sides have a chance to win rather than the inevidable onslaught of the hoard. is it possible to balance the forces? sorry for my noobishness, i havent played a single ambush alley game so im new to the whole system. the only game ive played was red ops 5 and the humans got overrun on a 2'x2' open board and i still didnt quite grasp the rules for taht system either. :D

The easiest thing to do is look at the scenarios and determine your regular forces as described. Normally, a fireteam of four (or is it five?) soldiers is enough. For example, the first scenario is made up of a single fireteam rescuing some civilians, then getting them back across the board to the exit location.

If you have 4-6 hot spots, and you get six zombies, you might need 36+ zombies. That's only IF you have every zombie is out there at once and you roll the highest possible number on your reinforcements chart.
