Hello to you one and all, I'm a UK based gamer of longer standing than I care to mention with my main interests in gaming Post 1945 especially African conflicts, having spent some little time on the Dark Continent. Tho like many others I've been gaming a fair while the Force on Force concept is new to me, but ticking all the right boxes and happily I think I've found that set of rules to cover the style of gaming I enjoy in conflicts over the last sixty odd years. Anyway, thanks for having me on board Best Regards JB

Thought as Johnny is the chap responsible for getting me into using FoF as a rules-set, it's only right and proper that I ought to thread-jack the end of his introduction to say hello as well I'm also a post-WW2 African gaming bod, although I do other periods Moderns tends to be a field I keep coming back to. I keep toying with a (fictional) modern Easten European setting (which I've tried to start in 1:48th/36mm, but without too much success given the limited availability of the old HLBS moderns range) and a 'Cold-war Hot' type setting using some of my British Post apoclaypse types...

Good to see you on board Xander. There's loads of good stuff to look at thanks to the many kind Gents not least the Errata details for the easily confused among us
