Here is a picture of all the modern American forces of valor 1/72 pieces. I have them placed next to peter pig minis and battlefront fow terrian for comparison. Does it look scaled correctly?

I have a couple of forces of Valor 1:72 vehicles, using them with my 15mm Peter Pig Marines and Insurgents (PLO). While not perfect, it works for me.

See the "Marines have landed" thread in the Figure Gallery folder for some pics.

I think the 1/72 scale stuff next to FOW buildings looks fine - but I LIKE my buildings to be a little small in comparison to figures and vehicles, especially on playing areas as small as those used in AA. I think the 1/72 scale stuff looks a little too big next to 15mm infantry, though.

I also have lots of thoughts on the economy, the proper management of society, the best beer, etc. . . . so don't let what I say discourage you from using whatever YOU think works to play the game. We don't sell figures, so we have no interest in dictating what the "right" toys to play the game are. ;-)

1/72 fits in with 20mm perfectly, but I think they would be a bit big for 15mm IMO. I have a few FoV pieces and some Corgi pieces for my 20mm guys.

15mm figures are way too small for 1/72 armour ...

15mm being roughly 1/100 ....

IMHO while the FoW buildings work well (and I'm tempted into getting some of them) the 1:72 FoV and 1:100 figures do not go well.

A+
