Tomorrow's War meets Battletech. I am trying to achieve playing Tomorrow's War with Battletech based technology and units in 15mm.

The first miniatures I have finished are the below shown troops in "Ravager" Battle Armor (=power armor) and a medium Mech "Targe" (=walker, medium vehicle). 8) The pewter miniature is something in between as it is labelled as being 18mm (which it is exactly, without taking the base into account) and shown for scale.

More pictures, scale comparisons and WIP shots can be found in my blog.

I present the former Macross action figure Spartan, now acting as House Davion's 85 ton "Longbow" long-range-missile-carrying Mech.

Thanks for looking, keep your comments coming. Next: "Rifleman".

Another couple of days later and one more Mech marches for House Davion:

The RFL-3C "Rifleman" fulfills a heavy fire support and anti-air role for the Federated Suns. With its pair of heavy autocannon/10 it can deal a lot of damage over distance and also keep enemy air assets at bay.

Another great Job on a classic BT mech.

I don't know if this will help.

If your looking for some adiitional 15mm MEcha tio fill out the ranks.

The Hellround is ascuplted just for 15mm

http://www.gruntz.biz/search/label/15mm%20Battletech%20Hellhound%20Sculpt

and Hobbylink Japan can be an aditional source of 1/100 mecha

Louie N,

thanks, but 1/100 is too big (I use 1/200 or 1/144) and I am already a member on the Gruntz site.
I know HLJ. But thanks for your support nonetheless. :D

Not only Davion but....

This project log is by no means dead: More Mechs - although this is very very early WIP 8)

"Warhammer", "Longbow", "Rifleman" and "Shadowhawk" Mechs for different Houses.

Very cool, though I am a 7th Crucis Lancer player myself. Awesome job though.

Well there is plenty to paint. I have Wolverines, Griffins, Archers, Scorpions, Goliaths, Wasps, Stingers, Crusaders, Phoenix Hawks, Marauders, Flims and infantry as well as aircraft to paint after those (all items two or three times for various houses)

I am a huge old fan of Battletech, I will try TW with the Ral Partha 25mm infantry figures that still looks great even if they are from the 80s period.

This thread is by no means dead.
So what do we have this time? House Davion's SHD-2H Shadow Hawk. 8)

Have you thought about elfbait or orko_one's N-Scale Resin kits? I'm proxing my Rifleman out for a Jagermech. It's nice to see more 12mm Battletech goodness. Also, Dreampod 9's striders also make for nice mechs. I don't know if you're only sticking with cannon stuff or not, but then you can always proxy. (BT just about the polar oposite to 40k's WYSIWYG system)

edit: oh and awesome work... GO FED SUNS!!!
