Hi

Today another cell of insurgents for my Iraq project. Some pictures are a little blurry but I'll try upload some better one taken in daylight.

That's a great idea to make a Jihadi smart-bomb with that figure. I can do that, too!

Nice job painting all those figs, by the way.

Hi

Yesterday I've finished painting all my Irregular figures. There are 43 of them, and all are Caesar Miniatures with minor modifications on some of them (heads changes, added some scarfs around the neck). I think that amount is enough for start, given that besides of them I've Iraqi forces from Elhiem. Some photos:

If you like them I've more photos on my blog (address in the signature). I'm working at the moment on second project which are vehicles. 2xT72, 1xT55 (again repainting Type59) & 1xBMP-1. Tanks are Altaya-kind diecasts, BMP is ACE model (sic!... ;)) Some photos of them:

Question - on your T-72 I see the side skirts look like grey. Is that the color you used? I was curious as I am painting my T-72s I saw a picture online that looked the same as yours with the side skirt in a darker color. Although the picture I found was dark I was not sure if it was green or grey. Do you have a reference for how you painted yours? Nice work by the way! :D

Hi. Today another pictures of my latest finished minis; some NATO pilots, some hazmat team, uav Predator and another T-72. Here they are:

Image Image
They are painted as Black Hawks pilots. Treat them as being captured and reading insurgents manifesto in front of camera ;)

Image Image
HazMat team made from Airfix astronauts :) I was trying to paint them like those guys.

Image Image
UAV Predator from QRF. Scale is 1:100 but I think it fits the 20mm scale on table perfect :)

And last but not least... :)

Image

Colours may and they are vary in real because I don't have my own camera yet (it's broken) and had to do photos with borrowed one.

Cheers
Thomas
