Very nice as always. I've notice that you are painting skin very nice. Could you give quick tutorial for that? Your is way better than my, and I'd like to enhance my way of painting.

CHeers Thomas Thanks a lot for your kind words. Next time I'll be painting another bunch of figures, I'll try to take step-by-step photos.

Now, keeping in mind forthcoming "Bush war" supplement, I've returned to African theme. All the figures are made by Elhiem. The tank is a fast-assembly model made by Pegasus. I've painted it by Vallejo acrylics using Color Modulation technique and weathered by AK Interactive products. Though photos of T-34s captured by Rhodesians show those tanks were more or less in good conditions, I deliberately painted my tank as a worn off and dirty piece.

Another group of African militia/guerillia, also made by Elhiem. BRDM-2 is made by Britannia Miniatures. The figures and the vehicle are painted by Vallejo acrilics.

Very nice painting (again!). The detail on the militia is exceptional

Very nice indeed, mate! I like BRDM. Have to buy some of them for my Iraqi and Soviet forces. A+
Cheers Thomas

This time I've painted the most common military vehicle in modern Africa - a technical with DShK. In its previous life it was a toy from Welly car collection in 1/60 scale (in fact it looks well along with Elhiem and Under Fire figures). I left the car as it was, only mounted the weapon and made some weathering. The figures are by Elhiem.

Looks really good! I'd like to see some battle damage but that's just a matter of taste.

Now I've turned my attention to my Rhodesian force and added a stick of Selous Scouts (figures made by Under Fire Miniatures) and a helicopter. The later is a well-known HELLER model with some corrections to reflect typical features of Rhodesian Alouettes.

Very impressive paintjobs on all your miniatures, especially the Rhodesians.
