My first PP fireteam -minus the medic as they forgot to send the pack.

These are painted as per the instructions in the FoF rulebook with the exception of the weapons which are my usual Black-Grey base, Blue-Grey drybrush, black wash.

Comments are welcome

I still have to finish off the bases tomorrow.

Thanks.

I am going to do them the way I do my DBM, FoG bases.

Build up the area around the metal base with filler
PVA, Sand the whole base and leave to dry
Cover whole base with thinned PVA solution and let dry
Paint base coat
Dry brush
add grass to taste.

Does that sound really long winded? Perhaps I need a quicker way?

All but done.
I have misplaced (most likely the wife has binned because I didn't put it away) my grass stuff to finish the bases so they look a little nude.
I also have to redo the edges of each base -I use colour codes on the edges to denote heavy weapons, squad leaders etc. Then they will be done...

All I need now is a vehicle or two and someone to play against. My Son has discovered GIRLS and wargaming is no longer the best fun in the world

Could I use dark green static grass to liven up the bases a little? Its all I can find and don't want to mess things up with it if it will all look wrong?
