I don't think this has been mentioned yet. Megaminis has been re-releasing the figures previously made by Demonblade for the "Shockforce" game.
While the majority of the figs are a bit more Sci-Fantasy than most TW players would like, the Frontier Defense Force (formerly "Megacom" faction) are a nice basic sci-fi trooper if a bit GW'ish.
In their favor, they're affordable (Most less than $2.50 a piece), cleanly sculpted and avaialble in a full range of troopers, officers, snipers, support weapons, etc.
Against them is the fact that they are clearly GW inspired, and the sculpts are clearly from the 90's in detail and style.
