 Post subject: Little fishing Boat...

I found this little fishing boat in one of those British Seasisde shops that sells just about every piece of 'tat' known to man - £1.99....

Its an odd one. Really half decent paint job done in washes. I just strengthened up the colours to suit my stuff. Really well detailed though. Anchor, nets, ropes, sacks and fish! The tyres used as buffers on the bow and stern fit in well for 20mm. I have added nothing but a bit of paint. Looks as though the master model was made to have a foremast as there is a hole in the foredeck. Can't grumble for a couple of quid.

Thought it would work nicely dragged up on the beach near some African village.

Ah, Chris! Great minds think alike. I bought this one on the Isle of Wight. It fits nicely with my 15mm stuff, too.
