These miniatures are wonderful. Anecellent job. Who is the anufacturer of the french soldiers? Eureka? I have still to learn in making a good camo, it is a basic skill for modern wargaming.

I love Eureka miniatures, and thanks for the comparison pic between them and JC! I wish someone made german/spanish miniatures (Bundeswehr and FAEs share a lot of equipment, so this is logic)... I know Eureka is making germans, but with Panzerfaust and MG36, and spanish army uses Instalaza AT and CETME AMELI LMG... Yes, I´m an equipment code taliban.

Me too!I am unable to buy miniatures representing an army and paint them just to repesent another!!
Spanish and German troops have about the same equipment so they are an exception.
It is a pity Italian an French armies re not very represented in the miniature lines, as I said in an old thread. Germans have seen some more attention in the last years but still the modern European soldiers are not very popular, with the exception of the British soldiers but, even i that case, usually only the SAS are represented, the regular UK soldiers are rarer.

British Infantry is represented (at least) in Empress and TAG, as you said, but Germans, Spanish, or Italians... uuuuh Dadi e Piombo trades a set of ITalians, command and fireteam, with bersaglieri, San Marcos, and Folgore heads, but not much. And Italian vehicles... a total desert.

I am not really considering 6mm, even if I have 6mm sifi miniatures (good old epic models), but I will most certainly start some 90 or 2000's russians in 15mm as I really like this scale at FOW and I would like to make some 2008 georgian conflict game ( and probably some hypothetical ones too). I just need to get some more information about the russian army organisation, but I really like BTR, russian MBT and HINDS =]]
the 28mm talebans will have to wait I guess ...
thank you all for the encouraging

Your figures are looking really good. Nice work on the various camo schemes and the faces look really good as well.
Cheers.

I have been weak ...
I started a new front in 15mm, ordered infanterie to play in much "greener" parts of the world. Russians, brits and american, in order to play some kind of "modern warfare" between NATO and RUSSIA, or play some georgian flashpoint.
as for the 28mm, finishing my marines will keep me busy enough to save some cash for talebs and AQ bad guys, and french reinforcements ( eureak FFL for the win !). Thank you again all for the kind comments =) will try to post some new pics soon.

As I said, I've bought some 15mm miniatures for larger scales fights than the 28mm afghanistan I already have. I have QRF, PeterPig, Old glory and quality casting First impression, PP is best, 2d is QRF with great russians and has a GREAT customer service (one of my russian paratrooper set was missing 2 dudes, they sent the 2 missing guys with a full set of 8 for free !), Old Glory has quite good britihs (although I ordered regular troop and received heavy weapons !) and aweful americans. 3 QRF russians on the left (motor troops, spetsnaz in Gorka suit, air assault) 2 peterpig marines and a Old Glory british The quality casting vehicules are quite weird, they looked not as goo as they did on the website ! I found the BMP very flat and both the BTR and the BMP had weird looking stains on them ... I ll order some QRF ones, they look better and have BMP3 and tunguska !

Congrats for there great paint jobs, the Centre Europe Camo is very well rendered and Eureka Figures are absolutly beautiful. May I ask how long it took you to receive your order from down under? Or do you know if they are available in France/Europe ?
