Did it spark much interest, There was a major Polish contribution in Iraq including SF (Grom?).

here I wrote TO&E of polish platoon

but like i said in Afghanistan it can be different because of use vehicles like MaxxPro and Humvve that can't get full squad inside. They improvise a little .
Polish HQ are now thinking about changing structures of a single squad and changing weapons.

In Iraq we had Grom , in Um Qasr and in Afghanistan we have TF 49 and TF 50 (Grom and 1st Special Commando Regiment)
