Hi Mick,
I'm hoping for October sometime at the moment, depending on whether we end up trickling things out or going with more of a splash.
There are also one or two shows in the UK in the run-up to the end of the year which we like to try and work things around if we can.

While I mentioned vehicle crews, I forgot that Empress are in with Imprint... Maybe UK and US Imprint HMG crews? US Mk 19 crew?

I just set up the beginners scenario in the Quick start rules.
The Taliban list calls for 3 RPK light machine guns.
Empress only make one and he is in a pack with another MMG and a sniper (which I have).
I would like another pack with two RPKs.

Any news on the new packs? BTW-I do love and will buy the new British for the Zulu range, they are wonderful as is the rest of the line. Your figs brought me back to Zulu Wars, thanks!

My guess is that we are going to see a US pack similar to the last british one. A Javelin, a shotgun armed figure and perhaps some sort of DMR figure.

First off, Empress awesome models! So much detail and movement. Definately more Taliban/Arab/Middle Eastern infantry. A Dshk 12.7mm(not AA mount), recoiless rifle. Bailed(wounded) vehicle crew, maybe wounded pilots? US K9 team. Aussie Diggers. A action journalist with body armour and it comes with a british or US helmet/head option(ross kemp or evan wright). A Mk19 on tripod with US crew. Just off the top of my head  looking forward to your next modern release. Nic

I just looked at the Empress website and there three new packs on there today.
There is a US support team with javelin and sniper teams.
There are two Taliban motorbike sets.
