Hi all I think it's about time to show my Iraqi forces. For now I have: ... and in detail: Iraq Army Iraq Army Commanders with Saddam himself: Fedaieen: Iraqi army kevlars: Iraqi commandos: Some fedaieen technicals: Iraqi armored core: Some civilian army - insurgents: Few home made IED's: Technicals in detail: More thing to made. Another T-55 and AMX-30b are on the workbench. Two more T-55's are waiting for paint. Detail photos of insurgent you can find in my previous post, however about 20+ figures I've already painted from that time. Next 20+ more insurgents are waiting to paint them. 25+ more Iraqis waiting too. On the US side I'll try take some photos later, as I'm working on squad with support and command size force - whole in chemicals suits in woodland camo. Except that I've about 40+ us in 3Color scheme C&C are welcome. Cheers Thomas

Awesome work mate. I particularly like the colour of the tank and your red cell insurgents. Inspiring work.

Hi guys, Another two 'almost-done' iraqi tanks - T-55 and AMX-30. Tanks need only tracks and antishine layer. On the photo they are waiting for oil paint wash drying. After that only matt varnish and they are done! Cheers T

First put some glossy varnish onto a model. I'm using some floor cleaning fluid (Sidolux - google it and you might understand what I'm talking about ). Next Talens White Spirit mixed with Van Gogh's oil paints (small amount of burnt sienna with van dyke's brown IIRC). Paint the model with that wash when the model is completely dry after varnishing. Wipe off any excess of it when it's not completely dry. Wait 24h for best effect (or even more) Voila! Cheers

I really like your Woodland Camo. Could you tell me which colours you used?
