Ok in FoF which armour facing are Mines and IED's worked out against? Artillery quite clearly states "side armour" but nothing similar in the book about IED's etc.

Any help appreciated.

Cheers

Iggy.

So nothing about rear armour etc?

I am surprised it's been left to such a random determination. I was expecting that the deck armour would be substituted for under the vehicle armour, especially against mines.

Cheers

Iggy.

Lower armour:1D6?
I think it's usable.

It works out The larger IEDs AT VS front or side is close to what you would expect.
Mine protected vehicles usualy have their bottom and side hull plates reinforced, So front or side armour attacks seem reasonable.

Ok then, I am happy with this, not sure how thrilled the insurgent player will be. Those Mastiffs are sure going to be hard to kill.

Cheers

It does seem to be pretty sturdy:
