As all of you know (I hope), Force on Force and Tomorrow's War have been nominated for Origins Awards this year! We'll be attending Origins to run demos, talk to folks, sign books, give away awesome swag bags, and generally show the AAG flag as proudly as possible!

We're a small outfit and this kind of show requires a LOT of preparation, so we're going to be scarce around the board from this point forward. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but I assure you that we'll be giving the forum our normal attention when we get back from Origins on June 2nd. In the meantime I have every confidence that our very able and helpful moderators will help you with any questions you might have about the rules - not to mention all the helpful players who are always happy to help a fellow player out!

If you can attend Origins this year, please do! We'd love to meet you and we can definitely use the support! Despite Osprey's publishing backing, we're still essentially a tiny little indie company running up against some of the biggest names in gaming for those Origins Awards. Every vote will count! If you can't make it, please ask your friends who are attending to considering casting their ballot for us!

I'd also like to say that there's no way we'd have received these Origins nominations without the very vocal support of you, our players! The nominations are made by distributors and store-owners based on sales and/or perceived potential and buzz - so every time you talked about our games in your FLGS you were helping us towards these nominations. Every time you posted about us on a forum that a vendor/distributor tracks, you were helping us towards these nominations. Every time you talked about or ran our games at a convention, you were helping us towards these nominations. We truly, deeply appreciate the fan support that led to our games being noticed in such a big way at Origins this year!

Keep your fingers crossed for us, but know this: Award or no award, the encouragement and support we receive from you guys makes us feel like winners already!

Good luck with the awards, AAG's a brilliant "tiny little indie company" ... you have great products, and 1st Class customer service - its clearly evident when you read through this forum how much time and devotion you guys show to your very happy, and loyal fan base ... not to mention that fast email responses I've had from Peggy!

And know this: Award or no award, I'll continue to be here, supporting AAG and enjoying the great games you guys produce ... if I was going to origin, you'd have my vote

I picked up (and voted for) Tomorrow's War at Origins. After speaking with the two gentlemen at the booth in the dealer's room I bought the game! I have already spoken to Wayne (owner of my FLGS) about running a game for the two of us to get the hang of it.
