Many Ambush Alley Games players have asked us about the availability of game markers for Force on Force and Tomorrow’s War. We’re pleased to announce a partnership with CorSec Engineering to produce officially licensed markers for both game systems.

The innovative new markers from CorSec Engineering are magnetic for ease of storage and feature artwork that originated with one of the AAG forum members. They cover situations like casualties, pinned, hidden, vehicle damage, overwatch, and many, many other in-game situations. The markers are available from the CorSec Engineering website today (http://corseceng.com/mag-tokens/ambush- ... -token-set) and will soon be available in retail hobby stores. The tokens will be available in both 40 token sets (one sheet) and 80 token sets (two sheets) for $6.99 and $10.99 respectively. Gamers can purchase a Vehicle sheet, Infantry sheet, or one of each as options.

"We think CorSec Engineering offers an excellent option for our players. The markers are attractive, magnetic (so you can stick them to a metal ruler or the side of a storage box), easy to read and come at a great price point," said Shawn Carpenter of AAG.

"I’m excited to be working with the folks at Ambush Alley Games and to be a part of two very popular game systems," said Jonathan Bowen of CorSec Engineering. "We’re already in discussions with several distributors, so these should be available in stores soon."

A set of markers for Troop Quality and Morale would be nice, ie stating D6, D8 etc.
That way one could easily keep track of die shifts that had been applied during gameplay.

Counters for reduction in fire power would be good too. These are great counters though. Maybe we can talk corsec's into making a third set ? :)

If CorSec gets good sales from the currently available tokens, I'm sure they'd be happy to do additional sets! ;)

Shawn,
Can you describe them - they are obviously not acrylic like Litko - are they paper mounted on a magnetic sheet?
Thanks,
Tom Konczal

We use thick magnetic material that is about as thick as your average cardboard token. We also use a sealant to seal the image onto the magnetic material.

Each set also comes with a 4" by 6" metal plate that can be used to store the tokens and lets you quickly pick the correct one without digging through bags or divided containers for the correct token.

I've been using the markers for a few weeks now and I can tell you the following:

1) if you use washers or metal for basing, the markers will gently attach to the bases (cool)

2) If you use a metal ruler, you can keep a few markers attached to it for handy access (cool)

3) The colors of the markers and the art itself make them easy to see, but don't "glare" like acrylic markers (cool)

4) Jonathan is a nice guy to work with :) (also cool)

Jim

Cool, but the main problem is that CorSec Engineering, contacted by me a few days ago without knowing of this excellent new partnership, has said that they have NOT a distributor in Europe!

We do not have a distributor is the UK yet. We do have a wholesale program for game stores and are willing to work with overseas stores.

Our shipping is also reasonable. Here is out international Policy.

Quote:
Internation Orders are sent First Class through the US Postal Service. Orders over $115.00 are sent Priority.

Shipping charges are based on the total order amount.

$0.01 - $20.00 orders will be charged $5.00

$20.01 - $60.01 orders will be charged $8.00

$60.01 - $115.00 orders will be charge $10.00

Orders over $115.00 orders will be charge $16.95 and sent priority mail if possible.

All Fabric Mats are sent Priority Mail.

I cannot however help with any kind of import or VAT taxes on your end.
